- Meditate daily
- Drink tea
- Do one self care thing every day (i.e. paint nails, get a massage, read a book for pleasure)
- Stop negative thoughts with a positive (“I’m stressed but I am getting so much done!”)
- Send a text to someone you love that you haven’t talked to in a while
